Morgar Realty was established in 1979 and is headed today by T. Fitch
King III, who serves as company president. Mr. King is a Licensed Real Estate Broker specializing in commercial properties as well as being a Certified Building Contractor. He is assisted by Robert C. Nichols, a Licensed Real Estate Associate.
