	ELLIS BARTON Project Manager Morales Construction Company

Mr. Barton is a Certified Building Contractor and a graduate of the University of North Florida with a degree in construction management. He has more than 12 years’ experience in all phases of the construction industry including estimating and project management. His project experience includes large retail stores (Target), wastewater treatment facilities and custom homes. Mr. Barton’s responsibilities include field supervision, estimating and project management.
