	THOMAS FITCH KING, III President Morgar Realty

Mr. King is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Building Contractor and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Morgar Realty. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University with a bachelor of science degree in physics engineering. He has more than 12 years experience in commercial real estate development and management including office, warehouse, and storage properties, and more than 20 years’ experience in industrial, commercial and residential construction, including field supervision, project development, and project management. His project experience includes warehouses, office buildings, shopping centers, residential construction, commercial nuclear power plants, and naval shipyard construction. Mr. King has gained experience in the Navy Nuclear Submarine program, and electric utility plant management, in addition to the real estate development and construction industries.
