Mr. Morales is a Certified Building Contractor and a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Morales Construction Company. He is a graduate of Wofford College with a bachelor’s degree in finance and has more than 25 years’ experience in all phases of construction, including field supervision, project management, estimating, project development and executive management. His project experience includes custom homes, warehouses, shopping centers, golf club houses, churches, banks, automobile dealerships, grocery stores, restaurants and office buildings. Mr. Morales is a member of the board of directors of the Northeast Florida Builders Association, the Florida Home Builders Association, WJCT Public Television and Radio, Habijax, and the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, and was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to the State of Florida Judicial Qualification Commission.
